The throughline
For more than fifteen years, I have helped clinical, operational, and technical teams make consequential systems work in the real world. That means defining the actual problem, making evidence visible, keeping judgment with the right people, and designing a path people can follow.
Over the last eighteen months, I brought that same discipline into founder-led product building. I learned the stack from the ground up — not to chase a trend, but to understand what separates a promising prototype from a useful, governed, market-ready product.
